In the "Post Human Sensuality" workshop proposed by our artist in residence Stathis Roukas, we will explore and expand the concept of sensuality beyond the human-centric lens. This movement based experience invites all bodies to reconnect with their own unique expressions of sensuality through movement research, self-touch, improvisation and guided imagination exercises.

Together, we will cultivate qualities of slowness, playfulness, and curiosity—first within ourselves and then extending these energies into the space around us. Through deep listening to the body and its sensations, we will tap into invisible, juicy energies and explore how sensuality can be re- imagined and embodied across dimensions, dissolving boundaries between self, space, and other. Our bodies will become vessels for expanded sensual expression, inviting a sense of self-acceptance, belonging, and interconnectedness with the whole.

This is a safe and brave space welcoming all who wish to explore their sensuality in a supportive, expansive environment. It is also a great opportunity to face and integrate difficult emotions like shame, that sometimes lurks behind our body image and hinder our expression.
