Nati Krawtz is an artist, researcher, curator and a swimmer, she did her PhD dissertation on The Light and Space Movement at University of Wrocław. Lecturer at the University of Opole and Academy of Art. And Design in Wrocław. She curated numerous exhibitions, including 'Overabundance. The beginnings of ecologically engaged art in Poland' at the Contemporary Art Gallery in Opole. Inspired by the ideas of blue humanities she is developing her aquatic performance practice and conducting research on female artists related to Los Angeles postwar art scene. 'Lake of the Mind: the Story of Susan Kaiser Vogel' is an art-based research project carried out with the aim to shine a spotlight, firstly, on a female artist who has been excluded from art. history narratives and secondly on women in art in general.
