ALEX FALLICA

Alex Fallica (Lecce, *1998) is a New Media Artist. After earning a degree in New Technologies for Art - Multimedia Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice and a Master’s degree in Cultural Design from the Università Cattolica and Politecnico di Milano, they are now pursuing the MA Interface Cultures program at the Kunstuniversität in Linz (Austria).

Since September 2021, Alex has also been collaborating with the multimedia art studio Tokonoma in Milan. Their practice, untied to a specific medium and driven by a desire to experiment, focuses on video art, installation, and interactivity. Alex's research delves into the socio-anthropological aspects of human nature, with a deep interest in violence and violation as physical and psychological phenomena.

Recent exhibitions include the Elektron Festival 2024 in Esch-sur-Alzette (LUX) and Ars Electronica 2024.
